We spent Monday night next to a pleasant neighbour Gamle Kvalstein that is currently being used by the Norwegian Institute of Marine Research for Greenland Halibut research. The following day, we cast off towards the fishing area to follow the lifting of the longlines. No whales were to be seen by the fishing boats.
